Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Õdyzzey, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned to us in a perfect condition and will be inspected once items are received. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened and/or used.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@odyzzey.co.za. If your return is accepted, please ensure your return is properly packaged, we suggest using the box your order arrived in with the same fill we have used to send the order out. Please return it our warehouse at the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 3 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged and are unable to reimburse postage costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, we cannot refund the shipping cost. The refund will be the cost of the item only.
