SHIPPING POLICY

Ôdyzzey is an online store based in Durban, and we deliver door-to-door across South Africa.

How long will my order take?

Every order goes through two steps:

  1. Making & packing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Many of our products are handcrafted or personalised to order, which is what makes them special — and worth the short wait. (Personalised items may need 5 day during peak wedding season.
  2. Courier delivery: once dispatched, delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your area — main centres are faster, outlying areas can take the full 5 days.

So in total, please allow roughly 1–2 weeks from order to door. Ordering for a wedding or event? We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks ahead to be safe.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking reference so you can follow it to your door.

What does delivery cost?

  • Flat rate R99 for orders under 5kg, anywhere in South Africa
  • FREE delivery on orders over R1,000 
  • Orders over 15kg are quoted individually — we'll contact you if this applies (confirm this is how you handle it)

The fine print

  • Please provide a physical street address — our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • Deliveries happen on working days only (no weekends or public holidays).
  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't take responsibility for delays or losses due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional fee.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at hello@odyzzey.co.za with your order number and we'll chase the courier for you.

International orders

We happily ship beyond South Africa. Email hello@odyzzey.co.za with your wishlist and destination, and we'll quote you on shipping costs and lead times.
